9.20.18. Someone loves Jenny!

9.19.18. As a preview to our marketing + digital team offsite, we enjoyed a yummy dinner at Simon and the Whale.

9.18.18. Taco Tuesdays! Reena and KJ and I enjoyed what has become my favorite New York tradition. Two quesadillas for me, an esquites for Kirsten, tacos for almost everyone else, and dark beers for all.

9.17.18. Coffee with Char! We met at Sweet Things, my favorite Sunday spot, talked about buying or not buying apartments, about her job and travel, and maybe some startup ideas.

9.17.18. Mom and I enjoyed a delicious but relatively sterile brunch at Perry Street. It was a treat having her in town, even when Winks knocked a picture frame over while looking at her in the eyes, and then barfed on her suitcase.

9.16.18. Mom and I had dinner at Rosa Mexicano, a family tradition, before heading to My Fair Lady. While at the show, I heard someone shout my name over the crowd at an alarming volume, and it was Alexis! She was also there with her mom and brother.

9.16.18. Mom came into town so Brian, Nicole, and I met her at Left Bank for a little brunch. Nicole is so in love with her little lady!

9.15.18. Winston is staying with me again, and Jenny is somewhat getting over his presence despite a constant low growl as she hoards her toys. We had wine with Reena on the roof and watched the sun set, played with Alfie, and talked about all the small business we plan to start someday.

9.14.18. It was the annual company Summer Soiree. We rent a boat, putz around the Hudson River, dance, and auction off items for charity. Michael was a highlight on the dance floor. At the beginning, we hit a wake of another boat, and the ship was thrown around so violently that stacks of dishes crashed on the floor. It was actually slightly terrifying. At the end, I somehow convinced everyone to go to Houston Hall for apps and more drinks. Apparently I impressed Gia by crushing an entire bowl of wings.

9.13.18. Nicole and I had dinner at Malatesta, one of my favorite cash only Italian dinner spots that Kelly introduced me to 2010 (or earlier even?). We sat outside, saw Smith from SATC, ate pasta and melty cheese, and I heard about S's latest tricks.

9.12.18. I experienced my first ever Rumble class tonight. Apparently taking out your rage on a punching bag can be measured, and it's worth 700 calories. Kirsten, Kia, and I headed to Rumble near Union Square and then over to Tacombi to overheat in the back of the Nolita branch while inhaling spicy margaritas.
